I want to upgrade my graphic card but I don't know what would be best, money is not an issue, I just want the best graphic card my computer can handle without bottlenecking.

How much money do you have to spend on a new video card?

About 100 - 450$

That's a pretty broad budget and honestly you're not going to see that much of increase in performance in modern games. In a couple years you'll notice though if you spend more. If the 7770 isn't cutting it you could jump up to something like a 7970 but if you don't need the performance increase now, I'd wait.
