So you minimum budget is £60 and your maximum is £90 (roughly).
I assume you are wanting to play games with this, but what type of games, latesst graphic intense games or older ones? Some examples please.
The geforce 6600 perfroms quite well, and will cope with all older games, and some newer ones at lower settings
At £52.00

But if your looking for a better performance card, I suggest the 6600 gt, like the person above me. For £67 which is easily in your budget, this is a step up in technology and will deliver better results.
Further still, you could spend a little more an go for a newer high end card, which will ensure good results and will increase the time until you will have to upgrade again. At about £81, you could go for the x800 gt which will deliver excellent graphics, and your games will run better at higher resoultions.

Once you have chosen your graphics card, make sure you check the following things:
1) The format of the card, agp 8x, or pc 16x. The motherboard must support the chosen one.
2) If you choose to buy from an internet retailer, make sure you check the shipping price, and make sure that they will actually ship to your region.
3) Prior to making a final decision, I would search around the internet (google) and look up reviews on graphics cards, and their perfomance on the games you wish to play. Use frames per second (fps) as a guideline. 30 fps is just about playable, 40 better still, over 50 it should run smoothly.
Hope this has been a help, and have fun playing games
