Best kit of fast 8GB ddr3 Ram? [AU]

As the title says I want some fast, relatively cheap ram. I was looking at G.Skill RipJaws but the timings are 9-9-9-24 and I want CL8 ram...

Anyway i'm looking to spend around $70 + shipping but I can go higher if it's worth it.

I've heard that timings are more important than MHz but I kinda want 1600MHz, but if it's better to get 1333MHz with better timings that i'll do that :-)

MHZ is actually more important than latency. Higher mhz sticks have higher cas most of the time but its worth it. The difference between CAS8 and 9 is microscopic.
If I was buying em I'd get the 1600mhz snipers, act fast to save 5 bux.
