nVidia has 7600GSs available, which might be somewhat better, although I'm not aware of which sites have them. Other than that the X1600Pro is one of the best low profile cards available.
 
For the price range there that's a step up from the MSI Radeon X1300 Pro run here. I run quite a few games, capture videos, and even some beta testing at times. The X1600 Pro will out od that having 12 not 4 pixel pipelines to work with.
