best M.B for gaming

guys i am building a new gaming pc with q6600 intel processor and i want the best gaming M.B so i searched and i found 2 M.B
the GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3R LGA 775, and the nforce 650i ultra
which one the the best for playing games.

There's not really a such thing as "best gaming mobo". Every component inside a rig can affect its performance, especially CPU/RAM/Video Card/HDD/Sound Card. As far as mobo goes, just make sure it's from a reputable company that is known to stand behind their products and that the particular mobo you want has received a good number of positive feedbacks. Read up on more threads about mobos and ask more questions, such as people's personal experiences.
 
Gigabyte's website offers more support than Asus does. Asus's website is very poorly done, you have to search for an hour to find anything. But on Gigabytes you just do a search for your motherboard, click on a link and every bit of info, including all the support for drivers and memory is right there. They get my vote!
 
So long as it supports modern processors, fast memory, and has PCI-E, it will do for gaming.

Now over clocking and others, you never mentioned..
