Best Maintenance Programs

I just bought a new laptop and want to make sure I have the best of whats out there to keep it running good. This is what I have been using on my old computers.

Anti-Virus- AVG Free

Anti-Spyware- Ad-Aware + Spybot

Crap- CrapCleaner!

Firewall- Zonealarm

And Windows defrag of course, how often should that be done by the way?

Is there anything I should add or remove from that list?

Tuneup Utilities 2008 is good, and has a free trial. So you can download it and see if you like it before you buy it. It has a registry defragger, a registry cleaner, a defragging program that is better than the windows one, and numerous other utilities. Its a really nice little program, but i recommend it for the fact of how well it defrags. My hdd was about 40% fragmented(used windows defrag a week before, took 5 hrs, and apparently it didnt defrag that well) and it took just under 3 hrs to defrag it. And this was on my (basically) brand new computer in my sig that i got ~a month ago.
