What do you mean? The OCZ kit you posted to was PC25400?

What board do you have, but no, it shouldn't be a problem at all.

It should be fine. Very rarely boards do not like faster RAM and wont downclock it but most handle it without a problem.

Theres not a huge advantage really, you will only notice it in certain programs that are memory intensive. Games will only show a slight improvement.
