best midrange card?

does the 6600GT still hold the crown for the best sub-200 dollar card? are there any cards that can best it in that price range? im getting ready to buy a video card and im trying to keep on a budget of 200 or less...i might go a little over 200 if i had too.

Generally speaking yes, but depending where you buy your stuff you might be able to pick a 6800 if you exceed that $200 a tad. I think they can be had from $210 and up over here. Then again the 6600GT can be had from $175.
