Best Monitor for Office and work

I am wanting to buy a new monitor. I was originally going for a second one for dual screens but now the first needs replacing, so looking at options around 32-34 inch curved screen. Don’t want to spend more than £500 max.
i have been looking at 4k but wondering if i am over specing it. I need it for office use, spreadsheets, graphs, charts and also normal home use. Not a gamer so is ultra wide really better as I think they are not as high as normal screens. Also the ultra wide all seem to be VA screens and suggestion is IPS is better for office
