Best monitor to reduce eyestrain

Hey guys I'm in front of my computer for many hours a day and I often experience eyestrain after a short amount of time. I was wondering what's the best monitor which is easy on the eyes?

I'm currently using the Dell ST2320L : http://accessories.dell.com/sna/products/productdetail.aspx?c=ca&l=en&s=dhs&cs=cadhs1&sku=320-9333

I currently sit about 3,3 feet away from it, I'm wondering if it's worth changing monitor and if it would help me with the eyestrain problem.

Thanks in advance!

LED is the best to have for eyestrain, and since yours already is, I don't think there is anything you can upgrade to.

Try lowering your brightness and taking short breaks every 30 minutes or so.

Go see an optometrist, you probably need glasses...
I use to have this problem and had glasses prescribed for viewing TV & monitors.

I would second the optometrist. I have trouble with strain when I don't wear my specs, and you may well need a set too.

Also, second taking breaks. If nothing else stare out the window or something every now and again. That will help relieve strain and prolong sight.

Make sure to use the 20-20-20 rule. Where for every 20 minutes of viewing a computer monitor, stare at something for 20 seconds, at 20 feet away. That can help with some eye strain.

And I third the optometrist, I'm having my mother get me an appointment so that I can see if I might need glasses for computer uses possibly.
