Best monitor under 150$?

"recycling fee" from who? newegg doesn't provide recycling, do they? Anyway, the recycling fee is not very relevant here. You'll have that regardless of what new monitor you get.

You didn't say what size you want. The one you posted is 23" but is that your requirement or would a smaller size also be acceptable?

The recycling fee is from newegg. but thats alright, and i suppose it can be smaller, I'm really just looking for bang for buck here. Right now I have two 17" monitors, and I'm going to replace one with this one, then eventually replace the other small one with an even bigger one. But for now I'm trying to cap this one at ~150$

I always looked for instant rebates and when buying it.
Ive seen mail in rebates and never got it. seen that many times.
Just a note: have one now for paint my wife wants. its a mail in.
We will see.
