Best Motherboard

[Stoic Sentinel]

i would choose the Gigabyte board but it all depends on what you plan on doing with your system. The Asus board allows you to crossfire if you have 2 ATI video cards.

The Gigabyte. Has better mosfets, plus the boads layout is better. The Asus has the IDE port turned sidways under the southbridge and the Sata stuck between the southbridge and memory. The Gigabyte has a 8 pin CPU power connector, the Asus just has a 4 pin.

Gigabyte is defiantly the better bet.
