Best O/S For 64 Bit Processors

Right now several distros of Linux offer a 64-bit version. If it were me until Microsoft is done with their 64-bit windows I'd dual boot a 64-bit linux with your 32-bit Windows. Which distro is the best is a matter of preference. I'm partial to Fedora.

what the best linux for newbs? casue i have Suse and i cant get it to load a CD when i click on the cd drive all it does is show files! + i had the 64 bit version but it would connect to the internet so now i only have Windows!
