Best of two mobo

In your opinion which of these two mobo would you purchase for the AMD 64 3200+ for gaming
CHAINTECH nForce3 250 Chipset or
ASUS K8V SE

Oh, I also wanted to ask if you could reccomend a mobo that would let me install the 64 Mb SDRAM "pc 100" I have now and be able to use the AMD 64 3200+
I would like to at least have 1.5 to 2 gig ram Capability

out of the two mobo i would go for the ASUS.

i would go the CHAINTECH mobo, due to reading up on asus getting sloppy with there mobos

Hands down the Chaintech because of the chipset but also cuz the K8V seems to have a lot of problems
