Can anyone give me a good overclocking software for my soon to be complete computer?

Could I play the latest game like Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter after ovreclocking?

You can overclock your CPU and RAM through BIOS and for your video card try Coolbits to enable the hidden overclocking option in nVidia display driver (Forceware)

I'm new to this stuff, what's BIOS??? Is that the Intel Control Center??? How do I do it? Since my video card is evGA if something happens I can get it replaced for free right?

Part of my question is, could my processor and graphics card be able to endure it you think, well mainly my processor?

I don't quite get your question, but to answer the one about playing Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter, yes, you can play it on maximum settings even without oveclocking.

Yes your CPU and Video Card can handle being oc'd, but no one can tell you what speeds your going to get.

Alright, I will get someone to help me overclock. I think I will just overclock the graphics because if something happens then its free replacement since its evGA, but my proccessor is old so I am not sure if I should overclock it. Right now I have everything that is on that list except the graphics card whcih is an Asus 6600 256 mb pci-e and I can't even play Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter on minimum settings without a full screen. Should the 7900 GT be that much better?

By comparining it to 3DMark05 test, 7900GT would be somewhere around 4 times better than your current one.

Download Coolbits and click on the Detect Optimal Frequencies button.

It's not a GT, should I still do it, do you think it'd help me to be ablee to play the game?

You can try to OC it that way, it won't fry your video card but I highly doubt it will help you to play that game since it's very demanding, your new card will play it with no problems though.

will this work on my p zx 5000 laptop?
Most likely not. Since if you try to OC laptop video cards it will most likely crash. But if it doesnt, you may be able to OC it slightly, otherwise heat will become and issue.
