Best parts for the budget??

Hey,
I have a budget of $550,can someone tell me the best parts I can buy possible with the budget.
iam shopping from geeks.com and only geeks.com (not newegg.com)

Here is some information on what I will use the computer on.
I make websites,games, and many other things.I would also listen to music and maybe ocasionaly play pc games.

Please tell me the best parts i can buy with the budget(I just need tower,so tell me tower parts I should get)
