Best PCI card?

yeah :( so pretty much I have no options

I would really like to find a motherboard that I could replace this one but I don't know the cons :(

the cons of a new motherboard?

1) It costs money
2) It takes time to take the old board out and put the new board in
3) You run the risk of accidentally breaking something, though if you're good with computers, that's usually not a big con
 
Honestly, I think the best thing for you to do is to get a new ATX case and board. That way you can open up a path for upgrading without being constrained (expansion slots, PSU, etc).
