DDR2 is your ram, that doesn't relate to video card memory, those should work...

The 2600s are still a mid range card not a high end 2900 for that series seeing the R600 chip. The 3870s are the high end for the next series presently seeing over $200 like I stated before except for running into the open box. Newegg right now seems to have been picked through clean on the lower priced ATI models.
