Best PCIe x16 Card for under $200

Hey guys I am almost done w/ my system build, but I am lacking one of the most important parts! The spec's on my system are my current system build. Now I plan on going to vista here in the future so I would like to take that into consideration. I have only $200 to spend, and that is the max I can do. I understand I get what I pay for, but does anyone have a card in mind that you have had success with?
