Best performance on ddr5 for ddr3 (beat performance)

When I install ddr5 into my computer which is at 124 beats, into the ddr3 slot, will it use all of the 124 beats from the ddr5?

My motherboard is: asrock h61m-vg4

Not sure what you are wanting to know but unless you are talking about ddr5 on a video card they don't make ddr5 memory for pc's yet. And the type of memory on video cards has nothing to do with the memory on the motherboard itself.
