Best Place to Purchase Replacement Hard Drive?

NewB here. Great forum! Tons of great info. Hopefully somebody can help me with a question. After many gentle nudges, my 83 year old grandmother has decided to give the computer world a go. A family member gave her an T1801 Emachine, but not before removing the hard drive. Can I just buy a new hard drive with the operating system already installed? Can someone reccomend a place?

Well your not going to be able to just buy the hard drive with the os on it you are going to have to buy a good harddrive and put the os on it which unfortuinately you are going to have to buy or possibly get ahold of emachines and see if they can send you one with the oem for that computer..
