Best place to register a domain with?

Looking to setup a website. I already have a server setup with LAMP and BIND (Linux, Apache, MySQL,PHP + Berkeley Internet Name Daemon) to handle my website and DNS. So the only thing left to do is purchase a domain name. I've seen sites like GoDaddy and Register, but I'm looking for more of a personal opinion, so i know how customer support is, etc. Price range is around $10 a year, which covers most places.

I am currently using http://namesilo.com and love it. They give really good prices for both new registrations and transfers, their user interface is great and their support staff are really helpful and personal.

It costs $8.39 to register a domain name and they have a coupon "TRYNAMESILO" which gives you $2 off.

[just for the record, that is an official NameSilo coupon, I don't get a referal or anything]

Overall I am really pleased with their prices, policies, support and honesty and plan to move all my domains from Dynadot to NameSilo.
