You don't need full modular. You always use the 24-pin and 8-pin anyway. The SeaSonic is much better quality on the inside though, will last longer.

Full Modular is overrated.

The HX650 I have is modular except the 24-pin and the 8-pin which I use. Everything else is modular though.

Mine has 24-pin, 8-pin and a PCIe 6+2-pin - rest is modular. Perfect tbh.
