Best PSU for $75-$100

well the Thermaltake isnt the best b/c it only has 29A on the +12V. the other PSU you listed are good b/c they have 38A on the +12V. i like the Aspire one b/c it has sleeved cables which makes things neater and saves the trouble of buying and installing sleeves yourself, and i like the look of it.

I like the NeoHE, but I've heard that there have been problems with them! I like how you can take out the wires that you don't need.

I want my computer to be tidy because I'm getting a clear acrylic case with a bunch of blue neon fans... gonna look sweet! :D

So far we have the Truepowers as being the best, and if I want to up the ante I can get the NeoHE?

It seems ok but I've heard of several stories about Ultra PSUs dying prematurely and occasionally frying a system. That's why I'm going to buy a new PSU soon to replace the PSU in my sig.

Who are the best PSU makers?

I'd say the absolute best PSU makers are PC Power & Cooling. 1 KW certainly does it, although all of their PSUs are well out fo that price range.

When I was looking at the specs for the Truepower I noticed that the 12V rails read:

+12V1@19A, +12V2@19A,

I'm guessing I add these up to make 38A on the 12V rail?

fortron blue storm is the best one you can buy. I have an extra one that isn't used if you want it. it runs about $90 on newegg (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817104934)
email me [email protected] if you're interested
it's the best one for the money and if you wanted to spend about $120, i would go with the OCZ PowerStream 520W SLI which is the most stable PSU you can buy for the money. I have that one in my comp.

Lol

Anyways, I'm pretty sure I'm going to get the TruePower... can't tell if you which one yet... but I'm getting one in the series!

Also, I found a cool computer case that I like a ton...

The 3T from AeroCool is awesome and it's a pretty inexpensive case, and I should be able to keep the price under 200 USD with this PSU and the case
