Hey everyone. I wanted to know, what's everyone's favorite RTS. Pick from what I've included, or other. If you choose other, tell what the "other" game is in a post please. I'm torn between WarCraft, and my new game Dawn of War, but I gave my vote to WarCraft, mainly for III.

I like starcraft lots but my vote went to Age Of Empires, the original and the best.

When it comes to classic games, Cromewell, we think alike.



I do not play PC games anymore.. but when I did, all I played was Total Annihilation... what a great game!

When I am in front of a computer I am either on this forum, doing home work, or messing around in VS.Net 2003.

The only game I've been playing thoroughly lately is CoD Great games :D
 
Which admin. added Total Annihilation to the poll? Thanks whomever they are. :D And the fact that its gotten that many votes makes me sad that I've never played a game in the series.

2. It's an awesome game ... you can prolly find thegame for like $5 to $10 now ... its an awesome game still. Best.... RTS... ever.

And I think I was the one a few weeks ago who brought that noble game back into the minds of old school gamers on this forum! :)

I have not bought a PC game since 1998. and I do not intend on purchasing one any time soon. But even with work, school, reading programming books and magazines... and spending time on this wonderful forum ;) .... I usually can find 1 day a week to sit back and enjoy taking on A.K., Storm and Thud infantry with the D-gun.
 
when/if you find it, remember that it is very old. Not saying that it isn't good by todays standards, but just to put it into perspective on how frigging good it was (graphically, gameplay, expandability) back when it was released
