Best small form factor GPU

I have a HP DC5750 Small Form Factor PC that I will be using as a frontend for mythtv and it needs a new video card with HDMI out as an option. Whats the best bang for my buck as far as a card goes? I have one PCI-E X16 slot available.

look at the hd5450's, decent cards and plenty to run anyting at 1080p, and most rebate down to 20-30

The gt430 runs circles around a 5450 for not that much more.
