Best Socket 939 Cooling

Without water cooling, or phasechange cooling, what is the best cooling for my fx-55.
So far i've found a few, could you tell me which cools the best

Zalman XP120
Arctic Cooling Freezer 64
Vapochill Micro (Which cools better out of, HIGH END, EXTREME PERFORMANCE AND ULTRA LOW NOISE, I expect extreme performance)

and any other you think are good. All i want is lowest temperature.​

my bro has a 3000+ venice overclocked to 2.8 GHz now.
wich produces more heat.
and he has a freezer 64. its really, really silent. and it cools very well.
they even give a 5 year warranty on the cooler. ( so the bearings will hold quite a while)
