Best TV card for freeview HD?

Hi guys, i want to buy a freeview HD box and hook it up to my PC so i can watch it on my PC monitor, i understand the only way to do it is from a PCI tv turner card?

is there any other way? thanks

I have this on one computer. avermedia http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16815100048 this is not HD. Slingbox is with HDMI.

Also using a slingbox on another.
