What is the best video card I can get for $75 shipping costs included?

My motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-M78SM-S2H (might I add the onboard video with this motherboard is crap and I hate it).

Getting a new video card for the system in my signature.

How good of a card is that? Not sure if its better than the others listed or mentioned, but I have not seen any benchmarks on it.

I have no plans on playing games like Crysis. The most graphic intense video games I have are Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Island Thunder and Luxor 2.

Its relatively good. It can play css at 1680x1050 at a average of 50fps on all maps. And that's with a 2.1ghz sempron.

Fair enough. I have read it is faster, and i would make the point that as the driver matures, i think you will see it become a better card.

Yea, that is the definite way to go. the 8800GS/9600GSO is the best your going to get for cheap.
