Best videocard for under $200

Im upgrading my cpu and videocard for my friend, I can't make out what is the best option for 200$ or under, any suggestions and why?

oooh. I'd go with that one. I was looking for the 8600GTX, but there were none.. never though about the GTS's.... Ask you friend if he has $70 to go for an 8800.

This one is cheaper, EVGA, and comes with Quake wars. Best 8600GTS deal out there.
