Best way to clean Heat sinks and such?

Sure you will :) Whatever you do has got to improve it, right.

Sometimes I think we get too technical, we should just reverse the vacuum, open the window and blow it out. Job done :D

Yea, whatever I do has got to improve it.

Probably. Usually I just take the components out and use the vacuum with the brush attachment (which makes it less staticy.. I think) and do it that way. But always gotta try new stuff.

Yea, well I have no idea about all the alcohol percent, it's all just pretty numbers to me .

Yea, I mean, there is dust everywhere. But I don't really care, I mean there will be less dust after then there will be before so I come out on top anyway... right?:D

idk if you are being serious about the numbers or not, but % = the % of alcohol in there. 90% is 90% alcohol, 70 is 70% alcohol etc etc. Like I said, you have higher so it evapourates quicker

A hoover with any attatchment creates enough static to break components. Any fast moving air will do it. With a brush it is probably worse because you are making the hole smaller, so making the same amount of air going down a smaller hole, so it has to move faster, creating more static
