Best way to put my fans in?

I would have the bottom blow in and top suck out. This way, cool air is blown onto the graphics card, then it along with the hot air from the CPU is sucked out from the top fan.

Ok sure, What about the northbridge though, is it better to have cool air blowing onto that or to have the hot air being sucked off it? I plan on OC'ing, so...

Will it drop my CPU temps you think?

I find that my top fan wasnt expelling any hot air - because when p[laying games the air being blown out of the case was cool air - so i turned the fan around so i have cool air being blown onto the memory and motheboard. I guess it depends where your top fan is as to have it intake or exhaust

I don't have a top fan, so you think it'd be better to have the top side 80mm fan as an exhaust? what about the NB?

I would run that top fan pushing air into the case (because the one on the back above it I'm assuming is exhaust) plus you have air coming from the front of your case too... then that bottom one as exhaust to try to pull out any hot air that isn't being pulled by the top exhaust fan.

Somebody else suggested that I have the top fan as an exhuast fan, that sounds like a good idea. The bottom air blows cool air onto the GPU though, wouldn't it be a good idea to have the top fan as an exhuast to remove all the hot air from around the CPU and NB?... Yeah, the rear fan is an exhuast one.

I would not have any exhuast other then in the back of the case, this ensures that the air is pulled across the Mobo and cards befroe exiting. also I would have equal exhuast as i do intakes, if any thing i would have more intakes to pull cool air in to the case. also the PSU fans are exhuast

well here's an idea.... try a few different combos and look at the temperature readings and see which one keeps it the coolest lol
