A few months ago, I set out and built myself a PC from parts, I love this thing to death, burns through any game I throw at it on max (and above max with a little tweaking
) settings.
But, now I've encountered a different problem, this things roars like the beast it is, and is waaaay too loud. It is ridiculously loud. And very hot, but thats less of a problem in my opinion.
So, I'm looking for a way to setup a cheap as possible water cooling system for my PC, GPU only, as my CPU is quite enough that it doesn't bother me, even when its used intensely.
My GPU is a stock GTX 480, straight from Nvidia, currently at stock speeds.
The rest of my specs are as follows.
MOBO -http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157274
CASE -http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811233067&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-RSSDailyDeals-_-na-_-na&AID=10521304&PID=4169961&SID=1h43aa3dgrw33
CPU -http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103911
And a run of the mill 600 watt PSU I can no longer find for purchase, or even a deactivated page.
If someone could explain to me how I would go about setting this up from start to finish, I would be massively grateful. I would prefer to get this cheaper than I could get a 570, as if I'm spending more than that, I might as well but myself one of those (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814162087 would be the one I get). My case might not have much space, but I can always drill some holes if necessary, or just use the open side of the case I keep open to make this thing be slightly quieter.
Again, to anyone who helps me, thank you very much.
