Best Wireless keyboard & mouse under $50

Im looking for a good reliable wireless keyboard & mouse, I was looking into the Microsoft wireless 3.0 (under $36 on ebay) but Ive read some bad reviews. I dont play games or anyhting I do alot of typing and basic internet stuff, It dosent have to be the cumfort curved type keyboard either but if it is then thats ok too. Im wanting to keep it under $50. Thanks in advace for any advice.
 
I'm not too fond of microsoft's smooth scrolling wheel on their mice, but otherwise, the keyboard and mouse combo from them is great. I think I had the wireless desktop, maybe the 2.0... Either way, I'm quite sure only the keyboard changes in the different ones.

Oh yeah, and the batteries will last FOREVER in them! My current mouse(slightly higher dpi) I have to switch out the rechargable batteries every week or so. My Microsoft mouse, that was more like every 6 months!
 
I don't know of the LX500, but there's the LX300 and that's cheaper, probably more at your level of what you're looking for. There's also a MS combo that would be more at your level, the 1000. They're both about the same price and like The_Other_One said, I know that MS mice have REALLY long battery life (I think my second set is dying after owning the mouse for 14 months).

That's not to say that Logitech mice don't have good battery life either, I would look at those two, see which one seems more for you, and go with it.
