For the price of around $200 is there a better model out there better than the GeForce 6800GS? If there is please tell me the model, best brand for model, and price. If there isn't which brand 6800GS should I get?

I think so, its not that much worse than a 6800GT, but much cheaper.
Any difference between eVGA and XFX? the XFX looks to be a tad bit faster but only by like 50MHz or so.

Then yes, i'd go with the XFX. I find it to be a better brand anyways.

As long as you keep your case dust free and blow it out like I do, that shouldn't be too much of a problem.

i have 10 fans in my case, pushing 180CFM through my case, i take 115PSI and blow out my computer every week, i think its a hot running card :P

Ahhh. I also blow my computer out... but I forget sometimes and only do it every other week.

That is all you should need too. I usually clean mine every week but have gotten lazy lately and it has been every other week. I don't notice that much of an increase of dust inside.

Also, my new case that I might be getting has dust filters on them... but I'm not too sure if I want to completely count on them... :D
