Better than Google...Maybe...

I just found this website that in my opinion is better than google(only for specific things)..
its http://www.chacha.com/ and when you search you have the choice to connect to a "Guide" and a when you do that it connects you to a representative a ChaCHa and they find exactly what you need. Ive asked them so many questions..Go and try it out by asking them "Are there any websites out there that help you with your computer hardware or software needs? Preferably a forum." when i asked them that they gave me computerforum.com :) :)
 
I just asked, the guides are located in the US. They are not outsourced to India, or other cheaper labor countries.
 
I dont really think that it is a good website. I am not sayint that it is bad.
And I think google is faster chacha.

no computerforum.com for results. result was absolutly not good.
i use google and i love it.
 
Wow! The results on that is REALLY REALLY cool. When I choose 'Guide' am I actually speaking with a real person, or a computer? It seems like it would be hard to have THAT many people constantly available to be used as guides.
