Which computer would give me the best performance in games and in general?

With the AMD machine I would crossfire the built in gpu (8670D) with the HD 7750

My main use would be gaming
 
The second system has more up to date standards, the first system only has usb 2.0, that alone would make it pointless to buy.

The second one for gaming, hands down.
The first one is badly configured. (unbalanced)
Just remember to uninstall Bullguard and use Microsoft Security Essentials, or something else. Just not Bullguard.
Also, the A10-6800k doesn't officially support CrossfireX with a 7750. It's possible, but many people are running in to compatibility issues.
I would upgrade the 660ti to a GTX 760. Same or better performance, but a lower price (like £3-5) and support for GPU Boost 2.0 and Shadowplay.
