would i be able to play bf2 with
1.81 GHz, 448 RAM? (if not what do i need)

Im guesing the reason you have 448 Ram is because you have 512 but 64MB of it is shared with graphics, in which case, its unlikely you could play it. You will need to buy a new graphics card
