Your logisys "400W" is a rubbish power supply and i wouldnt recommend running your current system on it, wait until you can get a replacement. Those cheap power supplies are prone to failure and can cause alot of damage, most of which will not be replaceable under the manufacturer warranty as they are not responsible for damage caused by another component(such as a bad power supply).
