Now that i have been told this, its blatantly obvious. Some large copanies dont encrypt their network so that it is easier for users to use. This means that if you can sit with a laptop and a wireless network card near enough to a big building with wireless. You could use there internet connection. But this might not be legal.

What are you trying to say?? Some Starbucks coffee shops have the same thing but only for there costomers, to sit and drink there coffee while surfing the internet (Wireless internet) if they have a wireless network card.
