Big Ip Problem, Anyone With Ip Experience Read

Well heres the situation, im sure alot of you know of the solution. I play online poker quite a bit, and i go to log on to my interpoker poker program yesterday (interpoker) And it loads up and I get a pop up (your Ip has been blocked, if in doubt contact support). I contact support, they tell me theres nothing they can do. Now I haven't done anything to get my Ip blocked so Im a bit confused. I also cant just drop this program and get another because I have quite a bit of money tied up in it. My question is, could someone direct me to a program, kind of like an anonymous proxy program. But a program thats going to allow me to change my IP adress when I log onto this program, so It allows me on the server. Ive already tryed anonymous proxy programs, and They do not work because its saying "no proxy dectected" and shutting down. Could someone please direct me to the type of program im looking for, something to change my IP not hide it, for this poker server. Thanks, and happy new years.

No this isnt what I need, I need a program that changes my IP for my poker program, that I have installed on my computer. They have blocked my IP from the server.
 
Try cahnging your IP, Unplug your cable modem for a couple hours(to make sure_) and it ussaly connects to a differnt one.
 
im on a laptop, using wireless dsl. Ive already tryed and it doesnt change my ip coming to the laptop. I need somg kind of a program.

Request it from your ISP then, it just takes longer ;)

And when your looking at your IP your looking at your exteral one not your interal right?
 
I called my ISP they cant change my static IP, so basically I need a program, anyone have any suggestions?
