Big Malware Infection

I have a computer that has been infected by Trojan.Agent,Trojan.Downloader,Trojan.Koobface,Trojan.BHO,Backdoor.Bot,Adware.MyWebsearch. It also has Spyware Remover 2009 on it too. And a Rootkit infection to top it off.

I have run Malwarebytes,Superantispyware and Combofix. I finished removing them then the firewall detected a trojan wanting to go out on the internet. Is there some programs that will remove these objects?

try booting into safe mode and running malwarbytes again.

The person's computer didn't have any antivirus software. Then we installed Norton Internet Security 2009 on it and ran a scan. It found some objects. Then it asked to be rebooted to fix the objects and then it would not get back into Windows. Even safemode. It will say loading winddows at user acount choice and then it will say savings settings and shutting down. I don't even get to the desktop.
