Ps:When ever i try to put anything on usb (like printer, usb hub, etc) it also get restarted.

Have you made any hardware changes, my computer started doing that when I added an extra two sticks of ram. Could be a psu problem as well.

It could be lots of things. My first thought was the power supply. RAM could cause such problems too, as mentioned. I have seen sticks just go bad after working for a while...

Run a scan with Avast
Run a scan with Spybot and Adaware SE
Post a HijackThis log

Do you ever get any error messages? Any beeps? Blue screens?

you must have bend your motherboard when placing those ram or placing graphics card, the solders on the board must have lost its contact when you frequently place lots of things on it. i have a motherboard that i solder bec of loose contacts.

Thats pretty much a shot in the dark, been doing this for 12 years and only came across 1 board that had that problem?

Have you checked your CPU fan for dust-try running it with one stick of memory and swap them out one at a time- if you have another video card try that! Or it could even be a voltage drop in the power supply try swaping that if someone has a spare. Just breaking it down there to what it could be!
