Big problem

was going to do an experiment so i grabed one of my buddies old computers HP6563. Got it home hooked it up didnt even hit the power button and it came on by itself and i waited no beeps only a black screen so i thought it was the ram so i took my ram out of my computer and put it in the HP6535 still the samething so i put a new CPU in it same thing what is wrong with it. i have reset BIOS using J6 jumper on the motherboard thinking the BIOS was messed up still the samething thing the video card works it is the orginal one so can anyone help me out
 
had a few problems with older computers like that leave it for a bit and try it again for some reasons seems to work
