big problem

hello

recently my computer was restarting like no tommorow so i saw on a pc forum someone was having the same problem and removed his ram and tried it with one ram and it worked fine.. so i decided to do the same thing but i removed them both... then i plugged them in when i switched on my pc the monitor flashes orange and the keyboard wont work

please help

Wait, did you try using only one stick of RAM? I'm not sure if I'm reading this the right way. Did you turn your computer on without any RAM and then plugged them in while the computer was running?
 
i took both the RAMS out then tried it with one RAM worked fine took that out 2... then put it back in.. my monitor displayed orange light etc
