I will not suggest cheap case w/PSU. When any think burn out because of this they will blame you.
By the way, why you say AMD Athlon 3500+ as a gaming computer??

Most people who don't know much about computers would think that was a good gaming processor and for a while it was the one people chose. Besides I'm trying to keep it close to $400.
I meant a cheap case with a good psu, there are some of them out there.

well, my computer has a 3400 in it and it handles doom three full graphics@ 1280/1024. AMD procs are still nothing to shake the preverbial stick at

You wouldn't make much...There would be a profit, but small.
And are you sure people want computers? And be sure your making the computers better then the rivals. Since the rivals have a lot more then you do.
But try and sell yourself out with sales and stuff.

And try and have your clients fill out a survey. Simply telling you what they plan to do with the computer.
And for dell being a popular computer company.
