Big Time Mess!! Help!

Oh God- what a mess! First- I have an Acer. I have a 3 year extended warrenty. I thought I was supposed to contact Acer, but I find no phone number. I can't email them because my screen is blank on the right side. The only reason I was able to get on this forum, is because where you log in is over to the left just a bit- I can see that part of the screen . Also- I don't know if I am supposed to get in touch with Acer to let them know about my computer not working, or the company I bought it from- I bought it online, and I have NO IDEA who that was!! What do I do??? Now- another problem. I can't get onto Yahoo mail- that is what I use. I forgot my password, which should be no problem- you just put your id name and fill out some info, and they send a password to you. I have done this before. But this time, it keeps telling me 1. 'The information must match what is in our files'. 2. Or it says that the numbers/letters that you copy to prove you are not a computer are not correct. THEY ARE CORRECT!! I have copied them very carefully about 6-7 times. I check to make sure they are right. Then when I 'submit', I get either of these two messeges, or both! I have 'contact us' (Yahoo email), but no response yet. If any of you have an answer, please reply here. I will check back. Thanks

As for YahooMail, only thing I can think of is someone got a hold of your password and used it to change settings so you would have to go through hell and back to get it fixed. But...they would have to change the email too, and it's an @yahoo.com...so that's odd. Never heard something like that happening with a specific mail site like yahoo, but I guess it could happen. Maybe try calling yahoo and try to sort it out?
