Big trouble after reinstalling Windows XP

Before this happened i installed internet explorer 7 beta 2.

The Computer went slow independent of the above text and i reinstalled Windows XP and got the following problems:

I can't remove Internet Explorer Beta 2 since the uninstall command was removed from "Add/Remove Programs". (The Internet Explorer Beta 2 command was in the section "Windows Updates".)

The second problem is that accessories can't be installed from Windows XP-cd (original) because of copy-problems.

I have searched the Internet For help but nothing could help me.

I am Norwegian and I am sorry if i misspelled something.

did you reformat the pc before you installed windows?

that's more than likely the problem. you should consider formatting and then installing xp again. do you know how?
