Biggest monitor I should run?

So I have a 512mb 4870 Asus video card and currently run a samsung 22" monitor. What is the biggest monitor I can go without running into issues. We play some video games (L4D and WOW) on reg. settings. I was thinking of hooking up to a 32" Vizio T.V. is this too much should I crossfire the card or go to the 4890 or do I ave to go with the 5870?

You can have how ever big a monitor you want. The size of it is not what matters the resolution is. I use a 40" TV for my monitor and I have had the same computer hooked to a 22" monitor. I didn't notice a difference between the two since the resolution was the same on both of them. Now if the resolution on the monitor had been higher then there would have been a small performance decrease and if it was lower there would have been a small increase. Also with you 4870 you can hook both of your current monitor and you new monitor up at the same time.

Well said. :good:

Although the bigger the monitor gets, the lower the quality will appear, as there will be the same number of pixels, but each pixel will be bigger.

Yep My 22" monitor I have looks a whole lot better then my TV. The only reason I use a TV is because I watch a lot of movies on my computer so it was the logical choice for me.
