3.) Write the largest 4 bit binary number. What is its base ten value?

Binary: 1111
Base Ten: 15 = (8)+(4)+(2)+(1)

4.) Write the largest 8 bit binary number. What is its base ten value?

Binary: 11111111
Base Ten: 255 = (128)+(64)+(32)+(16)+(8)+(4)+(2)+(1)

Not sure if the binary part is correct...any help would be awesome

yep, tahts right, binary is easy once you get the basic about the index and bits etc....
